We hired Donrose to renovate our home in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. The build was extensive, involving excavation of a sub-level, new construction as well as restoration of heritage features. Don Hanna and his team are talented builders who deeply care about the experience of the homeowners both during the process and after completion. Their attention to detail is of the highest quality. They also take the time to explain options so that as a client, you understand the decisions and end outcome. We have recommended them without hesitation and would happily use them again.

Our experience over the time of building our beautiful home in Bondi Junction was a joy. His team of tradesmen were always polite and responsive to our needs. Nothing was a trouble for them. They were very neat and tidy and took care with neighbouring properties. Our neighbours were very happy to cooperate with our building needs because of Don and his team. The building was built to perfection. The after care was not a problem. Don always came to the rescue if we needed to fix anything. We very highly recommend Donrose Building.

Excellent sub contractors and very caring management. I would use them again and again. All personnel displayed professionalism and care to their respective tasks.

I asked Don and his company to do a cost plus refurbishment of an existing house. We had a tight deadline due to an upcoming birth. Don was highly professional (and so were all his subbies), ethical ( he suggested ways to the architect to save $$ even though it was going to cost him money) and overall very pleasant to deal with. As the person said who introduced Don to me, “You will never appreciate Don until you have had an experience with a bad builder.” Enough said.

Don Hanna and his Donrose Building team made every effort to reduce the stress associated with renovating our family home. They understood our needs and often developed clear initiatives to give us as much storage as possible. They attended every concern we had and explained it in a way that we could understand.
